Detailed design engineering of electrical and instrumentation includes: • Instrument Data Sheet and Model number finalization. • Floating RFQ for the enquiry as per the requirement. • Specification for the Energy Meters and CT Coils • Design control system network architecture, IHU & ILL for the overall project. • Architecture finalization (including PLCs/Gateways finalization). • Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) finalization. • Best Value Option Analysis (BVOA) for new meters.• Installation and commissioning of Energy Meter and Water Flow Meters.• Installation and configuration of an IoT Gateway for integration with an Azure cloud server, utilizing JSON files for data exchange.• Performing site inspections and audits for ESG Project digitalization.• Electricity survey checklist includes Main Power Source locations, Electrical Panels/Distribution Boards, Wiring and Cabling, Earthing/Grounding, Load Requirements, Backup Systems, and Safety and Compliance.• Water Source survey checklist includes Primary Water Source, Piping, Pumping Systems, Usage Points, Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
