I\'ve always been fascinated by the invisible architecture that shapes our world. why people make the choices they do, how organizations really function, what determines whether technologies succeed or create unintended consequences.Right now, we\'re building incredibly powerful systems faster than we understand their implications. The gap between what we can do and what we should do keeps widening, and that\'s dangerous.My work focuses on closing that gap. I lead teams that both conduct rigorous research about human behavior and build practical tools from those insights that organizations can actually use to make better decisions.I\'m drawn to this work because I get to spend my time with people who care deeply about getting the details right—who understand that the subtle differences in how we design systems can have profound consequences for how people actually live.
