   As Chief Mission Integration Officer, I serve the LA Coastal Service Area, overseeing Providence Little Company of Mary (Torrance and San Pedro) and Providence Saint John’s Health Center (Santa Monica). In this role, I help ensure Providence’s Mission, Vision, and Values are integrated into every aspect of our ministries—governance, strategy, operations, caregiver formation, and community outreach.Key areas of focus include: • Partnering with leadership teams to align strategy and operations with Mission. • Supporting caregiver formation, wellness, and spiritual health while celebrating our heritage. • Advocating for the needs of our communities, especially the poor and vulnerable. • Guiding discernment and ethical decision-making grounded in Catholic social teaching. • Leading rituals, reflections, and Mission-centered practices that sustain and inspire caregivers.
