As part of the Stadium & Game Operations team for the College Football Playoff National Championship, I support planning, logistics, and execution for one of the largest sporting events in the country- Event Operations: Assist with overlay planning, suite operations, and apparel distribution to ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholder groups- Manual Development: Contribute to official game operations manuals and planning documents, helping align staff, vendors, and stadium personnel on procedures- Vendor & Volunteer Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and coordinate volunteer assignments to streamline event-day operations- Gameday Execution: Set to support stadium and game operations staff in January to deliver a first-class championship experience for teams, media, sponsors, and fans.This experience is strengthening my skills in large-scale event management, cross-functional teamwork, and high-pressure operations while contributing to a nationally televised championship.
