   As the Head of Operations for eCopious Digital, I am responsible for the planning, processes, infrastructure, research/analysis, performance management, and budgeting for all of our clients. With a background in web development and advanced technical and local SEO, my role as Head of Operations will include defining business processes that translate into company goals. I will create those business processes using data systems, technology tools, process management techniques, and marketing analytics. I work in conjunction with our Head of Strategy to make sure we deliver the best results for our clients.
