Spearheading the competency building for NVH & CAE (Creo – 3 D model, Abacus – Structural Analysis ) Digital validation domain and leading long term strategic product technology roadmap build.Met and surpass, leading OEM customer requirements, by systematic Application Engineering assessment with complete clutch calculation to bring right value proposition; Managed CAPEX & product Reliability Test labs.Successfully regained the Farm Tractor Clutch business from Top OEM and others by qualifying the Clutch on ‘Killer test (Stall test)’ uniquely developed & demonstrated the robustness of the Clutch in abuse conditions.Achieved success by led the team to develop & qualify new concept ‘Extended life’ Clutch for Commercial vehicle OEMs with almost double the life offered for better customer value proposition.Surpassed warranty reduction targets with system domain knowledge.
