Performing duties in compliance with applicable SOPs, cGMP and GDP regulations, maintainingan audit ready warehouse and dock operations.• Manages materials necessary for the warehouses to perform shipping and receiving.• Works within the warehouse operations of the local and external warehouse, freezer farms andloading dock processes for local and cross border shipments of development and commercialprograms.• Performs material transfers with off-site storage facilities, timely and accurate inventory/datatransactions related to material receipt, material transfers and disposal and cycle counting cadence.• Support flow of supplies and materials used in donor operations, manufacturing operations;commercially focused QC/QA operations; perform kitting and transfer of needed materials torequesting departments.• Executes warehouse operations SOPs, work instructions and participates in investigations involvingscope of accountability.• Ensures warehouse safety standards are upheld; notifies management of any issues, observations, orconcerns regarding violations, and/or department improvements.• Executes the tracking system and cycle counting resolution either electronic or hard copy asappropriate.• Maintaining accurate inventory records at both on and off-site locations and quickly resolvingissues with the aforementioned• Participate in the receipt and transfer of Donation Source Material to Supply Chain and otherdepartments within Seres or its partners.• Timely escalation of issues impacting product quality or patient safety communicated with Tieringprocess
