20 years consistently ahead of the industry creating and growing disruptive solutions and products in Data, ML driven digital and physical Supply Chains, involving technologies like IoT, Streaming Data Analysis and Machine Learning across 3PL, Retail, Broadcast, Film/TV Production, OTT, Ad-Tech, with more focus on AI/ML and Platform Business Model in the last 6 years. Value Impact: Currently leading 8 AI/ML + Platform Business Model driven products for forward-looking customers in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Delivered investor value by leading my two IoT/Supply Chain Analytics startups through $15 Mn funding and exit. My ICG/RIM related products directly contributed to HCL’s massive growth from a few millions in to $ 4Bn from this service line in 2019. My TV Ad Monitoring product replaced market leaders like Nielsen in the entire Indian market. My Media products are used by 50% of US Primetime Scripted TV productions. Innovation Impact and Thought Leadership: Product of the Show, Best of Show IBC Amsterdam, NAB Las Vegas etc, awards across years (latest for \'Media Recognition AI Engine\' 2019), my concepts on extracting context from media content and using the same for enhancing recommendations, ad insertion and personalisation, published in industry papers, are far more impactful than non-contextual approaches prevalent even across the best like Netflix. Other innovation recognitions include Best Technology of the Year (RFID), a US patent in IoT/RFID with extensive citations by IoT Industry leaders\' patent applications, with concepts the industry is catching up after a decade, first ever ‘IoT/RFID Debit Cards for HNI Banking’, ‘IoT/RFID in Manufacturing SCM’, all of which were successful deployments more than a decade before IoT and streaming data analytics became prevalent, used as case studies across books, industry articles, innovation papers by Govt of India, European Union Working Groups etc, I pursue value impact for customers focused on technology enabled disruption. I thrive in structuring thoughts amidst noisy, ambiguous inputs. I enjoy grooming talent and creating 10X teams. I take great pride in the fact that I trained and mentored each of my team members across experiences to be a star.
