I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including operations, quality, and IT—to identify training needs, address performance gaps, and design SOPs that support compliance and efficiency.I lead the creation of online and virtual training modules, leveraging automation tools and technology to enhance learning outcomes and streamline delivery. My approach fosters a culture of continuous learning, where mentoring and coaching empower team members to reach their full potential.Currently, I am expanding my role to explore and strengthen quality management practices, particularly in the context of MS-DRG and APR-DRG coding systems. This includes identifying root causes of recurring issues, refining audit processes, and proactively resolving documentation and coding gaps. By integrating DRG logic into training and quality workflows, I aim to drive sustainable improvements and ensure alignment with payer expectations and regulatory standards.This evolving focus allows me to bridge training with quality assurance, reinforcing a holistic approach to performance improvement and operational excellence.
