ABOUT KANCHAN PRAKASH WADEKAR
I am an early-career HR professional with hands-on experience across General HR and Plant HR in manufacturing and corporate environments. Currently working as an HR Trainee at Honeywell Automation, I support end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, shopfloor HR support, apprentice management, training coordination, and payroll inputs such as overtime and shift allowance data.My experience spans HR operations, employee engagement, learning & development coordination, VOE initiatives, skip-level meetings, onboarding and offboarding, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries in a plant environment. I have worked closely with employees and stakeholders to resolve HR issues, support compliance processes, and strengthen everyday people practices.I am particularly interested in building a strong foundation in General HR and HR Operations, where people-centric thinking meets process excellence.
