Other aspects of my current role encompass some of the below : • Support the development of a framework and materials to support employees on international assignments.• Working with global mobility specialists in regional hubs, manage the end-to-end process of assignees around the world covering all stages of the assignment life cycle for both inbound and outbound expats including localisation and transfers of employees to new geographies on local contract.• Build, maintain, manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external providers (expatriate data, immigration lawyers, tax advisors).• Accurately controlling the administrative processes associated to sponsorship licences and work permits.• Controlling the process associated to employee promotion, transfer and pay rises and managing the employees’ full life-cycle within the business.• Writing terms of employment and contracts for new employees.
