ABOUT KANCHAN NEGI

I\'ve pursued my B.Com degree from HNBG University, where I developed a strong foundation in business and management. With a keen interest in management and social services, I am passionate about using my skills to create a positive impact in both professional and community environments. I am currently pursuing a PGDM from AACSB-accredited FIIB, New Delhi, to further strengthen my management capabilities and broaden my career opportunities. I am eager to explore roles that align with my interests and allow me to contribute to meaningful and growth-oriented projects.I have hands-on experience in training and development, CSR program coordination, community outreach, and livelihood skill-building initiatives. My academic learning is complemented by practical exposure to implementing social impact programs focused on women and youth empowerment.Through my professional and project experience, I have supported end-to-end training programs—from needs assessment, field surveys, and beneficiary mobilization to training coordination, monitoring, and documentation. I have worked closely with trainers, NGOs, and internal teams to assist in curriculum development, soft skills module design, session scheduling, and quality monitoring.As part of my PGDM coursework, I am building strong foundations in Human Resources, program management, operations, marketing, and data analysis, which I actively apply in real-world CSR and community-based projects. I have also contributed to monitoring & evaluation (M&E) activities, including attendance tracking, outcome assessment, and preparation of CSR-aligned reports and impact summaries.In addition, I support marketing, outreach, and storytelling initiatives, including basic videography, content creation, and documentation, to highlight program outcomes and beneficiary success stories.I bring a structured, analytical, and people-centric approach, combining management education with grassroots execution. I am keen to pursue opportunities in CSR operations, training coordination, HR & L&D, social impact management, and program execution, where I can contribute to sustainable development and inclusive growth.
