Working on the developments and enhancement of the ABHA PHR (Personal Health Records) App and,Aarogya Setu 2.0 app. Also, part of the functional team of Health Information Exchange - Consent Manager (HIE-CM), a gateway for safe health record exchange with consent of the patient, under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). My role involves: Assist in managing end-to-end operations of the ABHA PHR application, ensuring smooth functionality through daily testing, issue resolution, and error handling. Product management and development for Aarogya Setu 2.0 and ABHA app – defining new requirements, developing use cases, wireframes, tracking enhancements, coordinating with development teams, and conducting UAT & beta testing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical partners to improve application performance and user experience. Integration: Supporting PHR app on integration of Government health programs and also Health Locker integration for ecosystem partners such as Digilocker and Driefcase. Data monitoring and analytics – evaluating app performance through tools like Google Analytics and Crashlytics. Providing training and capacity building (ToT) to state ABDM teams and master trainers, enabling smooth adoption of the digital health ecosystem. Assisting in large-scale adoption initiatives, ensuring that ABHA and digital health tools empower users nationwide.Passionate about digital health transformation, public health, and leveraging technology to improve healthcare accessibility in India.
