Conducted an assessment of the current GBS service maturity for a TMT client, benchmarking against peer organizations and best-in-class GBS models to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize high-value areas for transformation3. Supported implementation of a Digital Finance solution for an insurance client, integrating an Accounting Hub tool with Microsoft D365, MDP, and other financial systems to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial reporting4.
