WORK HISTORY
National Environmental Risk Assessment Lead @Burns & McDonnell
I am building and leading a human health and ecological risk assessment team within the Remediation service area of our Environmental Services business line. My role extends across other disciplines, including Air & Noise and Natural and Cultural Resources, and collaborations with our Aviation & Federal, Global Facilities, Construction, and Water business lines. I actively monitor regulatory developments to identify market trends and regularly present innovative technical approaches at professional conferences, showcasing our expertise. As a recognized influencer in my field, I participate in collaborative technical organizations to develop national guidance on environmental topics.I have established an internal group of risk assessors across the US and India to support our projects and ensure comprehensive geographic coverage. We convene virtually to discuss risk assessment topics, fostering an open forum for questions and idea sharing. Additionally, I am engaged in recruiting efforts to meet the growing demand for our project opportunities.I deliver technical presentations, incorporating regulatory and policy context, to clients and prospective clients. My contributions extend to larger site investigation and remediation proposals and interviews, as well as preparing proposals focused primarily or exclusively on risk assessment.
