I am QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) with 6 years of experience. I have a good understanding of the software test life cycle and the Agile scrum development process. For the first 3 years of my career, I worked as a frontend developer using HTML, CSS & JavaScript. I have a good understand of user experience principles that help me develop great looking UIs from scratch. After that I transitioned to an automation tester with selenium, when I discovered my love for web application testing. I am looking for opportunities that can keep me challenged on daily basis and help me explore & learn.This is an overview of my profile:• Experience with performing functional, integration, API, smoke, and regression testing of web/mobile apps.• Significant experience in designing and executing QA white box test conditions and analyzing defects.• Understanding test automation frameworks and adding new test cases.• Working with Agile - Scrum teams.• Writing SQL queries to test backend data and facilitate frontend testing.• Monitoring and analyzing Kibana & ADB logs, tracking events using CleverTap & AppsFlyer.• Testing payment gateway integration workflows (RazorPay & PayU)• Communication with stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate effort and prepare test scenarios.• Taking ownership on defects and communicating with the engineering team to get them fixed.• Good understanding of automation frameworks like Cypress & Selenium WebDriver.• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.• Proficient understanding of locator techniques (XPATH) for HTML elements.• Developing web applications using HTML, CSS, Node.js, JavaScript, Angular & React.• Working with project management tools like Jira, HP ALM & Postman.• Knowledge of continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins.
