Performed various inspections and expediting activities of Pressure Vessel Columns, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Mechanical (Rotating Equipment), Pumps, Compressors, Turbine, Valves, Pipes, Fittings, General Fabrication farm’s, Structures etc. Verifications of vendor compliances according to purchase order and specifications. Witnessing the mechanical test required to qualify the materials. Preparation and qualification of WPS, PQR & WPQR as per ASME Sec IX and relevant Project Specification. Surveillance inspection during the fabrication & welding of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping. Preparation of Quality Control Plan, Quality control procedures and method statements. Receiving inspection of raw materials, welding consumables and bought out materials. Monitor Contractor’s and subcontractor’s work activities for compliance with quality requirement as per QAP/ITP. Notify the non-conformance observed during the inspection and recommending corrective action. Conversant with ASME Sec Sec IX, Sec V, Sec IIA/B/C, ASME B31.3, B31.1. API 1104 etc. Review of radiographic films, monitor and control of weld repair rate by analyzing the repairs. Review of Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic and liquid penetration testing.Compilation of quality control documents and submission as a final dossier to Client. IVR & IRN.
