Facilitate salary certificates upon employee request. Handle and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally. Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with payroll. Develop, organize, and execute a monthly staff welfare activity plan (Birthday, Employee of the Month, Special Events, Sports Games, Staff Outing, Recreation Activities) Reports- Head Count, HSE & Occupancy, Staff Welfare, Vehicle, Baladiya, Salary Payment etc. Facilitate performance appraisals when required and assist in the documentation and follow-up process.Arrange appropriate gate passes and accommodation for new joiners and visitors.
