Provide Tier 1 desktop support to employees via phone, email, and Jira, troubleshooting issues with Windows and macOS devices, VPN connectivity, Microsoft 365, and other core applications- Perform PC imaging and endpoint provisioning, including building standard laptop/desktop images, configuring user settings, and deploying peripherals to ensure consistent, compliant environments- Conduct QC/QA checks and functional testing on newly imaged or repaired laptops to verify performance, configuration, and policy/security compliance before deployment to end users- Utilize Jira, Active Directory, and Ivanti for ticket management, user and group account administration, endpoint configuration, and software/patch deployment- Provide onsite support for conference room and AV technology, printers, and workstations, ensuring reliable meeting experiences and minimal downtime for internal teams- Coordinate IT asset logistics, including shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and e-waste processing, maintaining accurate records and supporting hardware lifecycle management- Use PowerShell and other tools to streamline recurring tasks and improve efficiency in laptop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows.* December 2025 IT Employee of the Month *
