Since the acquisition in January 2025, my role has been about focused on transitioning the lead generation activityes from Altus Group Tax and building a strong foundation for growth via paid advertising initatives.I’m rebuilding the PPC function (primarily Google Ads), running lead gen campaigns across the UK, US and Canada, and tightening up tracking/reporting so we have a clear view of results.Day-to-day, I work with different service lines and stakeholders, troubleshoot what’s needed, and test ways to improve lead volume and quality. I also collaborate with other Ryan teams where there’s a fit, especially across the wider group.
