I joined FPM in 2011 as part of the Tax Team and have have been able to develop a wealth of experience in UK and RoI Tax. I was fortunate to also experience a period in the Accounts & Audit Team, were I got involved in all aspects of accounts preparation and audit for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. I gained further experience during a 3 month secondment to PKF Sydney/Newcastle\'s Audit Team in the summer of 2018. During this period I was able to broaden my exposure to larger worldwide organisations. In 2014, I joined the Corporate Tax team, where my role has progressed from tax compliance and tax preparation to a varied tax planning role which includes advising on R&D claims, start-ups, cross-border tax issues and restructuring. I thoroughly enjoy the role of building up business relationships with both Corporate and non-corporate clients, especially when informing clients of tax reliefs available. As part of my job, it is essential to have extensive computer skills. I am competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, CCH Accounts Production, CCH Tax, Sage Tax, Sage Payroll and AlphaTax.
