SD-WAN Service Delivery Manager (Technical Design Authority – TDA)Leading end-to-end SD-WAN delivery for global enterprise clients, with ownership of both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) phases. Responsible for engaging with customers, capturing requirements, and translating them into scalable, secure, and future-ready network architectures.Key Contributions:Conducting HLD/LLD workshops with stakeholders, ensuring design clarity and customer sign-off.Driving the full lifecycle of SD-WAN deployment — from design validation, configuration, and migration to go-live support.Acting as Technical Design Authority (TDA) to validate BOQs, Visio network designs, and solution proposals.Managing Fortinet SD-WAN delivery projects, including FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiGate integrations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless LAN/WAN/SD-WAN transformations in multi-site environments.Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining security, performance, and reliability standards.
