   Service Manager - Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Technical Support Group and Field Service Department for all Pace Laboratory locations, Manages the appropriation of responsibilities of the ISG staff, Initial account setup and service contract management, Establishes instrument service pricing schedule, Provides backup support to the ISG staff as required, Provides advanced level training on analytical systems, Department Budgeting, Resource allocation, Interview and hire new/replacement ISG staff members, Provides assistance as needed to the ISG sales staff, Reviews the activities of the ISG staff to ensure Pace and/or customer QA regulatory compliance, Manages ISG customer account, Establishes and maintains positive relationships between ISG staff and customer contact, Prepares and executes performance reviews for the ISG staff, Provides input to the QA staff for the preparation and/or concern of instrument qualification protocol, Maintains ISG Support Center techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis. Manages technical projects, prepares reports and recommendations to senior laboratory management. Suggests and implements best practice process to spread the best technical practices.
