ABOUT KAMRAN MALIK

Kamran is the Global Leader of EY’s Learning and Digital Engagement practice and acts as Engagement Partner on our most complex global assignments. He devised EY’s approach to digital engagement and is focussed on educating client staff on regulatory, change, accounting and tax matters across a range of client sectors. Kamran has a deep understanding of how to successfully embed learning at client organisations – focussing on combining the right blend of technology, content and learner centricity to achieve transformational people change and the desired organisational objectives. Kamran is also the Global Innovation Leader for EY’s People Advisory Services business and is a speaker at conferences on Learning and Engagement. Prior to this role, Kamran was the Global Director for Process & Control for EY\'s Risk Advisory Business where he co-authored EY\'s global Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Control methodologies and advised on the Global Internal Audit methodology. Latterly, this was extended to running the UK Banking Process & Control practice. Kamran continues to be a keynote speaker at EY conferences and roundtables on Organisational Learning. Kamran also sits on the disciplinary committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been a part time lecturer at the London School of Economics.
