Manage and author a vehicle Bill of Material (BoM) data and create Change Management Form (CMF) for exterior and interior upper body team from program start until production release• Analyze and update component structure of BoM data to ensure correct system coding per the product design layout to support project milestones• Interpret CAD drawings from Engineering to determine part requirements and cross-reference data in the BoM system• Collaborate with Financial Cost Analysts to identify, discuss, and implement cost-saving measures in tooling and manufacturing processes for both domestic and global vehicles• Schedule and lead weekly meeting with program stakeholders discussing all the way from program status and upcoming milestones to aiding team on compiling and creating necessary sourcing program documents• Review and submit Mountain Charts provided by supplier, detailing Engineering Design and Testing (ED & T) hours and cost• Attend program meetings on behalf of engineers and buyers providing detailed information on each program sourcing status to managements• Created a sourcing tracker to properly detail the course of the program which is stored on SharePoint for all to access. • Trained new employees on job responsibilities, Sourcing Cost Process, Ford culture, and any tips that made my work easier
