Responsible for designing and implementing data collection tools, such as electronic case report forms (eCRFs) or paper-based forms.• Working closely with study teams to develop data management plans and establish data entry conventions. Additionally, overseeing the design and development of clinical trial databases to capture and store study data securely.• Performing thorough data validation checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.• Ensuring that the data meets regulatory requirements and follows the study protocol.• Regular data review and quality control checks to maintain data integrity.• Maintaining and updating the clinical trial databases throughout the study which includes performing database modifications, implementing necessary changes based on protocol amendments, and managing data dictionary updates.• Conducting data cleaning activities to identify and resolving data inconsistencies and missing values.• Generating data queries and communicate with clinical sites or study personnel to address data discrepancies.• Working closely with cross-functional teams involved in the clinical trial, including statisticians, clinical researchers, medical monitors, and regulatory affairs professionals. • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation related to data management activities. This includes creating data management plans, data validation specifications, and maintaining an audit trail.• Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings related to data management.
