M.Sc in polymer science, Working on polyurethane (PU) and SPUR based adhesives, coatings and sealants. Worked on polyurethane based prepolymer synthesis and its formulation for wood adhesive. Handled SPUR based prepolymer formulations for anti efflorescence coating application. Achieved remarkable success for reducing the density of PU based sealants by using different light weight fillers (LWF). Have a good hand-ability for application of sealants and coating by understanding its ASTM and using it during the process. Familiar with the different testing based on wood adhesives eg: D1, D2, D3, D4, Drop test, Hammer test etc along with substrate preparation and selecting the right substrate for its specific applications.Used different machines for testing and formulationSome of the instrument handled are-Dak and Shimadzu UTM machine-Cone and plate viscometer-Speed Mixers for lab batches-Molteni, PDM and GMK mixers for pilot batches.
