   I am currently working in Digitas as a Lead frontend Engineer, The primary tech stack is Vue 3 & nuxt 4.The scope expanded to include accessibility compliance and experimentation integrating Optimizely to run A/B tests that directly informed product decisions. Along the way,I drove a major performance overhaul on the Digitas platform: tackled render-blocking CSS/JS, introduced SWR caching, and reworked the hero component, bringing LCP down from 3.5s to 1.5s and pushing Lighthouse scores from 72 to 90+ on desktop and 45 to 78 on mobile. Beyond delivery, set the engineering standards for the team defining coding patterns, running code reviews, and mentoring junior developers, while staying close to stakeholders and designers to ensure architecture decisions were grounded in real product needs.
