Provide expert advice and assistance to Keyera, design firm, outside vendors and Operations and maintenance.• Develop and maintain Instrumentation Installation detail, specification & standards, material takeoffs, data sheets. • Support and review the implementation of MOC’s initiated by field operations that require SME input. • Provide technical expertise to support interactions with regulatory bodies and assist with regulatory process execution.• Develop, review and maintain Engineering standards, specifications, guidelines, design best practices, philosophy documents and drawings, Instrumentation installation details, etc.• Provide technical expertise to support interactions with regulatory bodies and assist with regulatory process execution from project inception to completion.• Review RFI’s and ensure the RFI response by the EPC is technically acceptable.• Provide technical support as a SME to projects, auditing and ensuring projects are designed and built as per Keyera’s specifications and requirements.• Review and approval of critical procurement activities such as: Bid List, MRQ/MRP, TBE, Bid Clarifications, PO development, and Vendor Documentation review.• Provide construction support including FAT, commissioning, and start-up activity. • Carry out engineering studies to review complex technical problems, carry out engineering studies, and provide recommendations.
