Responsibilities:• Involved in full Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and post-implementation support.• Led the integration of Workday HCM and Payroll modules with third-party vendors using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.• Developed both inbound and outbound integrations for Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking using Workday tools.• Worked with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements, identify functional improvements, and develop system enhancements.• Designed and implemented custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer to meet business needs.• Configured Workday security roles and groups to ensure proper access control and confidentiality.• Led comprehensive testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Assisted in the migration of data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during conversion.• Supported the optimization of existing integrations and worked on data analysis using Workday Prism Analytics.
