My work connects people, processes, and data to ensure every initiative advances NASA’s research, communications, and exploration goals.In this role, I:• Manage workforce planning for 100+ personnel across multiple projects—aligning funding, mitigating risks, and forecasting resources.• Design structured workflows that bring clarity and accountability to complex operations, improving transparency and responsiveness across the division.• Develop data-driven insights by transforming fragmented project data into clear visual metrics for senior decision-making.• Coordinate agency-wide events and reviews, from high-visibility IRAD cycles to technical showcases, ensuring seamless logistics, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.• Audit multimillion-dollar budgets and IT invoices, resolving discrepancies and generating verified annual savings exceeding $15K.• Craft SOPs and management tools that have since become the gold standard for recurring processes within TEMPO and beyond.Collaboration is at the core of what I do—I work closely with scientists, engineers, finance teams, and program leads to connect executive strategy with project execution. Whether it’s preparing NASA’s leadership for high-stakes reviews or guiding a new office through its first reporting cycle, my focus is always on clarity, efficiency, and impact.
