Developed and executed comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the supply chain function. As a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, I leveraged hands-on experience to promote best practices and resolve user challenges during adoption. Conducted detailed impact assessments to evaluate how the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation would affect various supply chain functions and stakeholders, identifying key stakeholders and crafting engagement strategies to secure their support throughout the project lifecycle. By interviewing over more than 100 global stakeholders, I gained insights into organisational functionality and pinpointed critical focus areas prior to implementation.Designed and delivered end-user training materials—including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), system orientation, and foundational learning—and provided ongoing training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure users understood the benefits of the new system. Analysed current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and recommended improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. During and after go-live, I provided hands-on user support, addressing concerns and troubleshooting issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud. Monitored user adoption metrics and feedback, using data to continuously refine training and change management approaches. Working with cross-functional teams, I implemented Oracle Fusion ERP solutions globally, specializing in scalable, efficient Supply Chain Management modules. I designed training strategies using the 4-D method (Determine, Design, Develop, Deliver) to maintain transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.
