   May 2024 — Present · Pune, IN

   Responsible for Plant New Launches. Conducting FTR (fitments trials) at Customer end. Developing fixture for new products and prove out samples. Continuous improvement activities in plant. Feasibility analysis for new launches. Developing SPM for critical operations. Developed indigenous Projection Welding Machine having capacity of 60kamp with 5T hyd. Clamping pressure. Developed indigenous Hydraulic I/O Sizing Machine with max. pressure 150bar. Responsible for all the activities between New RFQ from Customer to Launch on Shopfloor. Activities Pre-award the business from customer. Work on Process Design, Capacity required & available for RFQ volumes. Calculate Manpower/Man-mins Required. Conducting DAP for fixture developing and manufacturing. Using Quality tools such as 8D reports, PDCA methodology, 7 QC tools, PPS etc Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Spot Welding Processes, Canning, Shell Mfg, Assembly Processes, Leak Testing, Vision Systems, Traceability requirements Ensuring the manufacturing process development including Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, Control Plans, Master Listof Tooling, etc. Tracking APQP Project Status on Planisware. Field Failure analysis with global team. Strong knowledge in Failure modes in process & product design & development with recoveries, Good NegotiationSkills, Knowledge on New Produce & Process development & Launch. Interaction with short listed suppliers and lead technical discussion with Design Team through Technical review.
