I am currently Consultant/Adviser and Special Invitee as HR Expert to HR Committee of Board of Indian Bank. I am also Corporate Trainer in Leadership and Life Skills. Prior to this I was working as Head (HR) and Chief Learning Officer in Bank of Baroda. I am in HR and Training Field since last 39 years. I have experience in all Key areas of HR including Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Deployment,Employee Engagement,Talent Management,Learning and Development,HRIS,etc. I retired as Head HRM and Chief Learning Officer of Bank of Baroda which is leading Public Sector Bank having more than 10 lac crore business, more than employees and presence in 24 countries. We have Apex Academy at Gandhinagar and 13 Regional Academy at various locations in India. We conduct more than Programmes every year covering more than barodians.We have separate E learning platform known as Baroda Net Academy covering more than 100 modules. Training System of Bank of Baroda has won prestigious awards in area of Learning and Development like Awatd of Inovative Training and Practices by Indian Society for Training and Development Golden Peacock Award etc.
