Key Responsibilities:Batch Processing:Preparing, charging, and monitoring raw materials into reactors, blenders, and mixing tanks as per batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).Ensuring correct sequencing, temperature, and reaction time for quality output.Chemical Blending:Accurate blending of liquid and powder chemicals based on formulations.Homogenization, sampling, and pH/viscosity checks before packing.Use of high-shear mixers, agitators, and filters.Plant Operation:Handling reactors, distillation columns, CF/NF dryers, jet mills, and filtration systems.Monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and flow rate.Warehouse & Inventory:Managing RM/FG storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO, and shelf-life tracking.Preparing GRN, issuing raw materials to production, and maintaining physical inventory (PN).Safety & Documentation:Following all SOPs, PPE guidelines, and EHS protocols.Recording batch details, deviation logs, and daily reports.
