1) Lead on-site installation and erection of WTG prototype components, ensuring project time-lines, safety measures, and quality criteria are met.2) Review product drawings, mechanical installation manuals and torque lists; provide feedback through review summary documents to support design improvements and product reliability. 3) Prepare technical documentation including mechanical tools and tackles lists, PQHC, weight and dimension data, Process Work Instructions (PWI), PFMEA, DFMEA, and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for all field processes.4) Finalize crane schemes and erection layouts for new products and prototype installation sites, ensuring alignment with safety and engineering standards.5) Release and communicate quality documentation and product change information from NPD (New Product Development) projects to C2C Engineering teams.6) Manage centralized storage of quality records and NPD documentation to maintain data integrity and compliance.7) Capture field learning\'s and lessons from prototype installations to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) in future product development.8) Participate in value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives; manage Design Change Implementation (DCI) processes when required.9) Resolve issues related to C2C, OMS and develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality and reliability improvements.10) Validate new lifting tools and jigs during prototype installation to confirm functionality, safety, and field applicability.11) Deliver technical training to assembly and installation teams during prototype installations, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and product specifications.12) Drive cycle time reduction initiatives for crane boom-down to boom-up operations, WTG assembly and erection, and post-installation activities by analyzing work-flows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements
