I’m an Engineer with 3 years of experience and currently working at GSK, where I recently completed the 2-year Future Leadership Program (FLP), rotating across four dynamic 6-month assignments. Over the course of this journey, I’ve built strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Git, Power BI, Azure, Machine Learning (ML), and Excel, applying these tools across diverse data and analytics projects.My journey began at the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where I earned my B.Tech degree in Information Technology with First Class Distinction.During my FLP journey, I worked extensively with real-world datasets, business use cases, and cloud platforms. In my first rotation, I re-engineered the CODI-CO-2.0-Data-Ingestion-Factory by converting and optimizing it from Java to Python, and integrated it into Azure Blob Storage, enhancing both performance and data accessibility.In another rotation, I built interactive Power BI dashboards using real-time data sources to uncover insights for key stakeholders. I also applied machine learning algorithms within the DVSM project, contributing to advanced analytical solutions and predictive modeling efforts.Beyond analytics, I developed automation tools with Power Apps and Power Automate, and worked with ServiceNow to deliver customized reporting solutions.I’m passionate about transforming data into insights that drive smarter business decisions—and I’m ready to bring that impact to a dedicated Data Analytics role.
