Shifting quality ownership to partners and allowing scaling partners\' engagements.• Promoting efficient AI usage in testing - reducing time for test plan creation from days to minutes; feature risk assessment and mitigation and efficient coverage distribution.• Successfully led a project that reduced lab device usage by 80%, lowering test flakiness to 2.3% while maintaining device coverage. When applied to other product areas the flakiness level dropped from 25% to 4%.• Supported over 200 engineers with quality concepts, testing approaches, and resolving feature release issues.• Authored IWA testing documentation for partners enabling on-premise automated testing.• Evangelized and assisted engineering teams in implementing the shift-left concept. Shortening testing feedback loop from days to minutes - 99% reduction.• Contributed to ChromeOS Commercial Test Strategy development (introduced concepts of testing pyramid, shift-left in feature development and in automation; improving manual testing efficiency).• Introduced and applied FMEA process to a commercial server resulting in action items lowering high impact failures and discovering gaps in existing processes.• Led several projects to improve product quality through clear team charters, stakeholder engagement, and diligent artifact collection.• Currently leading a 10 person distributed team of skilled test engineers, driving quality assurance by providing comprehensive testing solutions for ChromeOS Commercial and Android Enterprise features.• Managed the testing lab, ensuring efficient operation. Prevented several outages by catching issues on pre-prod stages.
