I present and produce a live weekly programme every Friday 7-10pm across BBC Radio Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Oxford, Berkshire, and Solent. My show celebrates and amplifies African and Caribbean voices through music, news and cultural conversations that resonate and uplift audiences.Highlights include- Hosting interviews with prominent figures, artists and trailblazers including Bishop Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Sean Paul, JB Gill and Brenda Edwards- Creating original segments including The Sample Show, tracing the history of samples in music, and our monthly book club - Black Ink - in collaboration with Afrori Books, the UK\'s biggest bookseller of books by black authors- Curating playlists and features that resonate with diverse audiences- Driving audience engagement through interactive segments and listener contributions.
