I am responsible to keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Company. I ensure that all ‘assessments’ as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relevant intervals and to maintain records of the same.I periodically review Risk Assessments and Method Statements both in the factory and on al sites to ensure suitability and robustness of works being carried out. I also assist the projects team with implementing and reviewing RAMS.I manage external H&S Consultants. Co-ordinate/arrange external consultant health and safety audits of all sites and the factory and ensure reports are issued and actions followed through by the BRG teams. I carry out or assist with investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.Ensure that all site and factory teams are reporting health and safety incidents an near misses in the correct manner and that reporting is accurate. Responsible for reporting all incidents to the board. I highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Code of Practice, or HSE Guidance. Management and delivery of the agrees Environmental and H&S Targets and Objectives.Collation and management of the Company’s health and safety statistics for the OPS and Board team.Responsible for the management and co-ordination of:• ISO9001 - Quality Management System• ISO14001 – Environmental Management System • ISO45001 – H&S Management System
