ABOUT KAMILA ALIAT

Currently pursuing a Master of Business in Sport at AMOS Sport Business School in Strasbourg, I am also working as a Project Officer at the Moselle District Football Association, where I contribute daily to the development of sport at the local level. My work focuses particularly on the growth of women’s football in the Moselle region. I support clubs, highlight local initiatives, and actively work to challenge stereotypes. Through communication efforts, events and local development initiatives, I raise awareness of inclusion and gender equality in sport among players and corporate partners. Within the DMF, I take part in organizing sporting events, coordinating with clubs, and managing institutional communication (social media, content creation, project promotion). Diligent, curious, and committed, I strongly believe in the power of sport as a social and educational driver. I’m fully aware of how lucky I am to be building my career in a field that truly inspires me, and this deep passion fuels my motivation every day. My goal is to continue growing within purpose-driven sports organizations that combine communication, event management, strategy, fieldwork, and meaningful impact - in France or internationally.
