I am passionate about solving problems and empowering people. I have helped a wide variety of corporate clients resolve complex legal and business issues, including high-stakes litigation with emphasis in employment law, commercial litigation, and business reorganization. I manage matters in state and federal court, as well as before the EEOC, NLRB, and the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, and other agencies.My experience also includes leading Corporate Sustainability & ESG strategy for a Fortune 500 technology company, overseeing sustainability and ESG disclosures under relevant frameworks, ESG ratings and rankings, greenhouse gas accounting and goal setting, signature social impact programs, and employee social impact. I am an effective and highly rated people leader, including managing legal department operations.I have practiced in U.S. Bankruptcy Court representing creditors, creditor committees, and debtors.
