A broad ranging role supporting the Head of Governance and Controls for Barclays UK in improving the control environment and management control approach across Barclays UK. This involves understanding control weaknesses and driving remediation, programme oversight and executive reporting. Driving the Implementation and embedment of internal Control Frameworks Leading the coordination and oversight of the RCSA process including review and challenge Responsible for team executing secretariat duties, as well as ownership of agenda and materials for the Barclays UK Controls Committee High quality executive governance reporting for Monthly Business Reviews, BUK Board and Audit Committees, and Group Controls Committee Oversight of the Transaction Operations risk type across the Group including all supporting processes Managing the quarterly Control Maturity Assessment process
