14 years of progressive IT experience with proven abilities in Production support role, and now leading and managing the team towards building a world class production support using SRE concepts- My major contribution is into production support activities and SRE related activities of the various applications i worked in all organizations- Currently working as Lead Systems Operations Engineer in Wells Fargo India & Philippines, Hyderabad from Jan-2015 to Till Date- An ITIL V3 certified associate having abilities in handling support process, change management and process management- Having good knowledge on Java,J2EE,Oracle and many tools and utilities like Java IDEs (Eclipse, NetBeans, RAD), Putty, WinSCP, ticket logging tools (JIRA, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow), Oracle Enterprise Manager- Having good experience in production support monitoring tools AppDynamics, Splunk, Geneos, Elastic, Thousand Eyes, Ansible- Having good knowledge on support handling activities and providing 12*7 Infrastructure and application support- Handling all alerts triggered as part of the support process and analyzing the issues to solve them and setting up the new alerts for better and proactive monitoring of the application- Good in troubleshooting of data ware house load job failures in Autosys tool- Strong knowledge in writing JIL Scripts for Autosys tool- Creating and executing the Change Requests and coordinating live application releases of both support and development- Have a profound knowledge in documenting all Standard Operational Procedures, preparing runbooks which are used in Support process- Continuous monitoring of the health of the server to ensure that 100% availability of the application is achieved and engaging the respective dependent teams in case of an issue- Working on various problem tickets raised and assigned to the team- Involved in minor and medium development/enhancements which are required as part of project.
