I am a physician executive dedicated to transforming primary care through equity, innovation, and community partnership. My career has spanned leadership roles across Federally Qualified Health Centers, integrated health systems, and value-based care organizations, where I have built sustainable models that center patients, communities, and workforce wellbeing. As a board-certified family physician and healthcare leader, I bring deep experience in scaling primary care operations, advancing health equity, and guiding organizations through strategic growth. My leadership journey includes serving as a senior executive within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where I oversaw care delivery for millions of veterans nationwide and drove improvements in access, quality, and integrated care. Recognized as an Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow, I bring a national perspective on health equity and system transformation, combining policy-level insight with operational expertise. Beyond my executive roles, I co-founded and lead Tour for Diversity in Medicine, a national initiative dedicated to building a more representative healthcare workforce. I also serve on nonprofit boards and mentor future leaders, combining my clinical expertise with a passion for equity-driven impact. I thrive at the intersection of healthcare delivery, organizational strategy, and community advocacy.
