I represent sovereign states and multinational companies in complex and high-stakes disputes. My core competencies include investor-state and commercial arbitration, public international law, and U.S. federal litigation. I prosecuted cases under various arbitration rules and institutions, as well as ad hoc proceedings, involving diverse sectors such as energy, mining, transportation, satellites, financial, and biosciences. I further advise clients on treaty interpretation, investment protection, state responsibility, sovereign immunity, and international water law.I am a member of the bars of New York and the District of Columbia, avocat à la Cour d\'Appel de Paris and was called to the Bar of England & Wales (unregistered barrister). I also act as arbitrator, am Listed on the Roster of Commercial Arbitrators and the Thailand Arbitration Centre and was granted the status of Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in London.
