I am an engineering executive based in Vancouver, and have enjoyed being an advisor and mentor for companies. I have built many successful R&D organizations in the past 25 years. Working within Avigilon\'s executive team, we restructured, rebuilt then tripled the size of engineering while the company had also tripled the annual revenue.Prior to Avigilon, I was the Head of R&D in Ericsson / Redback Networks overseeing all technical and operational aspects of the R&D organization.My passion is with growing and nurturing teams.
