ABOUT KAMBIZ NEDJAT

I have more than 20 years of extensive experience as a Building Inspector/Supervisor, Designer, Project Coordinator, Head of Civil/Structure/Architecture/HVAC Engineering Department, Project Engineer and Deputy of Project Manager in building sector and different Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Projects. During this time, I gained the ability to lead, monitor and supervise engineering, procurement and construction teams’ activities; to schedule projects, liaise properly with all involved stakeholders/parties; at last review & approval contractors’ documents and drawings. Moreover, by adding some personal qualities such as efficiency, reliability, dedication, energy, support, focus, and leadership features; I made a strong Technical and Managerial background. Relevant Skills and Abilities: 1. Highly developed interpersonal skills specifically in teamwork, active listening, and emotional intelligence 2. Excellent analytical abilities, effective organizational skills, and manage to meet deadlines with minimal supervision 3. Good knowledge and experience in “Interface Management” 11. License holder of Professional Engineers of Iran (Class 1) in Design, Inspection, and Construction since 2008 12.
