I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, DNS, and basic networking, and I recently graduated from Course Careers’ IT program. I’ve built, troubleshooted, and configured virtual environments using real-world tools and I’m hungry to keep learning.My background as a live radio producer taught me how to think quickly, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
