ABOUT KAMARAJU BADAVANAHALLI

With over 16 years of experience in software engineering and project management, I am a Project Lead at HCL Technologies, a global IT services company. I have been leading software projects for various clients, involving 3D modelling, design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. I have also been responsible for managing teams of software developers, engineers, and testers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of the projects. Some of the projects I have worked on include 3D modelling of Concor CAR-A, Concor CAR-B, Open Wagon, and other railway components. I have used tools and technologies such as Pro E Wildfire, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. I have also contributed to the improvement of the existing jigs and methods to reduce the overall production time and enhance the performance of the software solutions. My core competencies include team management, project management, SDLC, 3D modelling, and software engineering. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
